About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Procedural Registered Nurse to join our multi-specialty team in a specialized role supporting Gynecology, Urology, and Uro-Gyn procedures. This position offers a blend of patient care and hands-on procedural assistance, including supporting advanced diagnostic and therapeutic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various gynecology and urology procedures, including Cystoscopy, Basket management, and UTI checks.
• Conduct Non-Stress Tests (NST), Percutaneous Nerve Stimulator (PT & S) procedures, and Urodynamic testing (UDS).
• Monitor and manage Post-void Residual (PVR) checks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Be prepared to adapt to varying volumes and assist in different procedures as required.
• Support multi-specialty procedures and help improve patient outcomes through direct involvement in testing and treatment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in a procedural nursing role
• Experience in Gynecology or Urology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with varying patient volumes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule/Shift:

• Current Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Starting April 1st: 4 days a week, 9-hour shifts with a half-day.
